Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

⚠️ Important Disclaimer

Accessible Tax Professionals provides informational tax assessments and educational resources only. Our Platform does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice and does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind. We are not a licensed CPA firm, tax preparation service, or registered financial advisory. Always consult a qualified, licensed tax professional before making any decisions based on your assessment results.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Accessible Tax Professionals website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. Completing a purchase constitutes your explicit agreement to the service definitions and limitations set out in Section 3.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides an online tax assessment tool that analyzes information you provide to generate a personalized Tax Savings Blueprint. This blueprint identifies potential tax optimization categories, estimated savings ranges, and educational implementation resources.

The assessment, blueprint, and all related content are informational and educational resources only. They are not tax advice, legal advice, accounting services, tax preparation, or tax filing services. Savings estimates are projections based on formulas and publicly available tax code data — they are not guarantees of any specific tax outcome.

The Platform does not prepare, review, or file tax returns. Implementation of any strategy identified in your blueprint requires engagement with a qualified, licensed tax professional.

3. Service Plans & Deliverables

The Platform offers three service-level packages. All packages unlock the same complete Tax Savings Blueprint. Packages differ by support level and additional deliverables as described below. By purchasing a package, you agree that the following definitions constitute the complete scope of services included.

3a. Financial Statement Preparation (Premium)

Financial statement preparation is a document organization service, not a certified accounting or auditing service. The deliverable is a categorized expense summary and profit & loss (P&L) statement prepared from documents you provide, suitable for use as a working document with your CPA. It is not a certified financial statement, an audit, a compiled report under any professional accounting standard, a tax return, or bookkeeping for multiple years.

Your obligations: To receive this deliverable, you must provide complete and legible bank and credit card statements covering the full tax year within 30 days of purchase. Incomplete or illegible documents will delay or limit the scope of the deliverable. We are not responsible for omissions caused by documents you did not provide.

Our deliverable: Within 10 business days of receiving complete documentation, we will provide: (1) a categorized transaction summary, (2) a P&L statement for the applicable tax year, and (3) written notes identifying expense categories that are likely deductible vs. non-deductible based on the information provided.

This deliverable is based solely on the documents you provide and does not constitute tax advice or guarantee deductibility of any specific item. Final determination of deductibility rests with your CPA or tax preparer.

3b. CPA / Firm Matching (Professional & Premium)

CPA and tax firm matching is a facilitated introduction service only. We connect you with one or more partner firms based on your assessment tier and complexity. We do not guarantee that any firm will accept your engagement, that any specific outcome will result from that engagement, or that the referred firm's services will match your expectations. Any engagement you enter into with a referred firm is a separate agreement between you and that firm. Accessible Tax Professionals is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility for its terms or outcome.

4. Email Support — Scope & Limitations

Email support is included with all plans as described in Section 3. Support is provided by email only and covers questions directly related to your Tax Savings Blueprint, including: clarification of strategies identified in your blueprint, guidance on using your pre-filled IRS forms, and assistance with your CPA conversation scripts.

Support does not include: preparation or review of tax returns, tax filing services, legal advice, unlimited revisions to your blueprint, questions unrelated to your assessment results, or advice on tax situations not covered by your original assessment.

Response time: We aim to respond to support emails within 2–3 business days. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods (January–April).

Support window: For the Comprehensive Plan, the 30-day support window begins on the date of purchase regardless of when you first access the Platform or use the support. For the Professional and Premium Plans, support is available through December 31, 2026.

5. User Accounts & Assessment Accuracy

To access your Tax Savings Blueprint, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One assessment per email address — returning users must log in to access their existing results.

Your blueprint is generated from the information you provide. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Inaccurate or incomplete information will produce unreliable results. Accessible Tax Professionals bears no responsibility for assessment outcomes, deliverable quality, or savings estimates that are affected by inaccurate information you provided.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD and are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Prices may be updated at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged. Upgrades between plans are charged at the price difference between your current plan and the new plan at the time of upgrade.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the Tax Savings Blueprint — which is generated and made available immediately upon purchase — we do not offer a general money-back guarantee.

A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded any deliverable (including pre-filled IRS forms or the Tax Blueprint PDF). Once any deliverable has been downloaded, no refund will be issued regardless of the request date.

Full details are available on our Refund Policy page. Refund requests must be submitted to support@accessible-tax-professionals.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including assessment logic, tax strategy frameworks, templates, branding, and software — is the property of Accessible Tax Professionals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Tax Savings Blueprint is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share it with your own tax professional for the purpose of implementing strategies identified therein. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or reproduce your blueprint or any portion of it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Tax laws are complex and change frequently. Savings estimates are projections based on formulas applied to the information you provide — they are not guarantees of any specific tax outcome. Whether any particular strategy applies to your situation must be confirmed by a licensed tax professional.

Accessible Tax Professionals does not prepare or file tax returns, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before any tax authority. Nothing in your blueprint or in any email support communication constitutes tax advice or creates a professional-client relationship.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCESSIBLE TAX PROFESSIONALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON ASSESSMENT RESULTS, TAX POSITIONS TAKEN BASED ON THIS PLATFORM, OR ANY OUTCOME OF AN ENGAGEMENT WITH A REFERRED CPA OR FIRM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PLAN.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and financial information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the applicable courts. You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
